Last week we successfully interconnected Visiontel over SS7 with PTCL for their local loop service. PTA tested and verified the service. We’re looking forward to a successful commencement from them later on this range. We used Asterisk, with LibSS7, Sangoma Wanpipe E1 cards on Intel 1U Rackmount servers. Rock solid so far.

We’ve started the deployment of 2 more region Local Loop setup with SS7 integration over E1 with PTCL as an LDI. The project involves design, procurement, staging, deployment and integration with a Billing subsystem and points of interconnect in Lahore and Gujranwala.
