Aracon, a US based services company has selected Convergence to design and deploy a 32 seat VoIP next generation call center in Lahore. Local project management, infrastructure and operations will be conducted by our dear friends and partners, Expert Systems.
The project includes diskless clients, linux based voip servers and advanced CRM integration and reporting suits. It is expected to be rolled out during July/August 2008.

Just wanted to update on this, the call center has been up and running now for a month with almost 30 agents, a predictive dialer and ingtegration with Queuemetrics.

After a successful deployment and support for 6 months, Aracon technical team is now sufficiently trained to handle Tier-1 Support issues internally. Convergence will now be providing Tier-2 support from 2Q09 onwards to Aracon. We wish them the best of luck and look forward to this impressive call center growing even further.
