Convergence and Starlite (formerly HRI) signed a contract today to provide SS7 based interconnect to their Local Loop license in Karachi as well as provide SIP based switching and complete Billing and Customer Care Solution.
Pending a successful implementation in Karachi, it is expected that Starlite will commence their Lahore based license as well providing key local loop region connectivity in the region to facilitate their customers.

And the PTA site visit went without a hitch thanks to the excellent work by the Startel team, specially Qamar Sb and M. Basharat, and no small part by Abdul Basit who flew down himself to ensure that the commencement went smoothly … another fine example of how Convergence strives to leave no stone unturned in ensuring their customers get the best in service …
